Description:
- Develop, implement, and optimize performance-driven media buying strategies across channels (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, snapchat, Google Ads)
- Manage large-scale advertising budgets with a focus on maximizing ROI
- Monitor campaign performance daily, analyze data, and make real-time adjustments
- Collaborate closely with creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive execution
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
- Test creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to enhance campaign performance
- Prepare detailed performance reports during and after each campaign.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years in advertising agencies with hands-on experience in media buying and campaign management.
- Strong understanding of digital ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Business Manager, LinkedIn Business Manager, Google Ads, etc.).
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Excel.
- Proven track record of managing six-figure monthly budgets.
- Experience in e-commerce, lead generation, or performance-based campaigns.
