Cubic is offering a unique Internship Opportunity for aspiring HR Functional Consultants who want to combine their HR background with smart HR solutions.

Join our dynamic team and gain hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions for leading organizations.

The intern will learn:

How to gather, analyze, and document HR business requirements.
Mapping HR processes into leading HRIS platforms like Microsoft D365.
Participating in system configuration, testing, training, and user support.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams on real projects.
Understanding payroll, recruitment, performance, and core HR modules.

Internship Start date: ASAP

Duration: 3 Months

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or any related field.
• Fresh graduates or junior professionals with a background in Human Resources or any related field.
• Interest in HR systems and a desire to grow into a functional consulting role.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of HR processes.
• Excellent English Skills.
• Excellent MS Office Skills.
