Are you an experienced IT professional with expertise in managing enterprise systems and ensuring secure, efficient operations? We are seeking an Information Systems Manager to oversee our technology infrastructure, support investment operations, and drive digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and manage the firm's information systems to support investment operations and business processes.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, databases, and applications, ensuring high availability and security.
• Collaborate with senior management to align IT strategy with business objectives.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols to safeguard sensitive financial and client data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Masters degree or professional certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, or CISM preferred).
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in managing information systems in an investment firm, financial services, or a regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial systems, cybersecurity, network architecture, and enterprise software.
• Proven experience in regulatory compliance within the UAE financial sector (DFSA, ADGM).
