We are seeking a Business Growth Manager to lead our sales operations in Abu Dhabi.

• To drive business growth, we require an individual with excellent communication skills and strategic thinking.

Skill Requirements:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
• Coordinate sales activities and plan campaigns to acquire new customers.
• Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to secure optimal agreements.
• Monitor sales metrics and provide pre- and post-sales assistance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role handling IT sales in UAE.
• Familiarity with Arabic and English (preferably fluent).
