Job summary

Euro Infotech Manpower d.o.o, a newly established manpower supply company in Croatia, is seeking an experienced and proactive Business Development Manager of Croatian nationality. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our manpower supply services across Croatia. Fluency in both Croatian and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Croatian nationality (mandatory).
• Proven experience (3–5 years) in business development, sales, or recruitment (preferably in the manpower or HR services industry).
• Strong knowledge of the local Croatian market and employment laws.
• Fluency in Croatian and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to enter and expand in the Croatian manpower market.
• Identify potential clients and industries (construction, logistics, hospitality, healthcare, etc.) requiring workforce solutions.
• Promote the company's manpower services and tailor solutions to client needs.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market.
