Job summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our EdTech sales team. The ideal candidate will be a graduate male professional with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by converting leads, counseling students/parents, and promoting our educational products and services.

  • Identify and convert potential leads through outbound calls, emails, and walk-ins.
  • Conduct in-depth counseling sessions for students and parents to understand their learning needs.
  • Recommend appropriate course offerings based on the individual's goals and requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to closing the sale.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain proper documentation and reporting of sales activities via CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams for feedback and strategy development.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to stay updated with product knowledge and sales strategies.

  • Graduate in any stream (mandatory)
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales/business development (preferably in EdTech, insurance, banking, or FMCG sectors)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Ability to handle pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English and at least one regional language is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
