Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Production Engineer with solid experience in steel structures fabrication and erection to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire production process — from cutting and welding to final assembly — ensuring that all operations meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency, and are delivered on time.
- Manage and supervise the fabrication and assembly of steel structure components in workshops and/or on-site.
- Ensure accuracy in cutting, bending, welding, and painting processes according to approved engineering drawings.
- Coordinate with the design and engineering teams to ensure execution aligns with technical specifications.
- Monitor quality at every stage of production and installation.
- Prepare and follow up on production schedules to meet project deadlines.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
- Lead and manage production teams, assigning daily tasks effectively.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards in all work areas.
- Prepare regular progress reports, identifying challenges and recommending solutions.

- Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3–5 years hands-on experience in steel structures fabrication and erection.
- Strong knowledge of welding (AWS standards or equivalent), cutting, bending, and related steel fabrication processes.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting shop drawings and fabrication drawings.
- Excellent organizational and team management skills.
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CAD and Tekla Structures software.
- Knowledge of quality inspection and testing methods (NDT, visual inspection, etc.).
- Flexibility to work at different sites and adapt to changing schedules.
