Job Description
The role of a Business Continuity Manager Senior Officer is to provide leadership, innovation, and governance in the development of business continuity strategies.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting Business Impact Analysis (BIA) to identify critical services and processes.
- Developing BCM objectives, strategies, and plans to ensure continuity of critical services.
- Leading BIA activities and coordinating with departments and management.
- Testing and exercising plans to ensure effectiveness.
- Maintaining necessary reports and records related to the BCM program.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Continuity, or relevant field.
- 2 years of experience in business continuity management.
- Desirable: Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Strategic Quality.
Mid-Senior level position requiring strong leadership skills, analytical thinking, and effective communication. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business continuity principles and practices.
