Ohana Development is a luxury real estate developer based in Abu Dhabi, committed to creating exceptional destination that enhance community and lifestyle. We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and drive our online presence in the real estate sector.
Role Overview
As the Marketing and Events Manager, you will be reporting to the Marketing Director and support developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans and organizing impactful events. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with our business goals and deliver exceptional experiences for our clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute innovative marketing campaigns that strengthen our brand presence and engage target audiences.
- Plan, organize, and oversee successful events, ensuring every detail is managed to perfection and aligns with our brand image.
- Work closely with external agencies, writing clear and concise briefs to ensure effective communication and project execution.
- Ensure that all marketing materials and campaigns adhere to company brand guidelines across all channels.
- Oversee the planning and execution of projects, campaigns, and creative initiatives, managing timelines and deliverables effectively.
- Handle contracts and retainers with agencies, ensuring value and quality in all partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing detailed reports and insights with relevant KPIs to track success and inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as sales and design, to align marketing efforts and achieve company goals..
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand and event management in the real estate sector in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and traditional marketing channels.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in marketing tools and software, including CRM systems and analytics platforms.
