Job Title: Department Head

As a key leader in a retail organization, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing sales and revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with senior management to enhance commercial performance, maintain exceptional relationships with suppliers, and ensure effective implementation of business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and coaching a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and maintain world-class standards.
• Driving and delivering all key performance indicators for the department, including sales, service, stock loss, and employee engagement.

Profile:

• Significant retail experience required, preferably with at least 3 years of management experience in a luxury product setting.
• Customer-centric mindset and strong business acumen.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Charismatic with keen attention to detail.
• Passionate about building and managing high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of analytics and ability to review relevant metrics.
• Digitally savvy, energetic, sincere, and adaptable.
