Job summary

Finance Manager role in Dubai, UAE, with 7+ years of experience, handling Group Consolidation, Budgeting & Forecasting, Group Reporting and Tax Compliances, with strong grasp of finance, accounts and experience in financial accounting, and travel required for this role to Mine locations on need basis.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant
• Minimum 7+ Years of experience

Responsibilities

• Preparation of Group Consolidated Financials and Board Packs on Monthly basis
• Ensuring smooth & timely completion of Statutory audits for group as a whole
• Driving Multi country FP & A- Annual Business annual plan, Rolling Fcst and Budget vs Actual
• Ensuring compliance, risk management with implementation, monitoring and effectiveness of Internal Controls for all the regions
• Cash flow and working capital management
• Lead Countrys Tax planning & tax optimizing strategies and establish global Transfer pricing rules
• Reporting Key performance matrix dashboard financial and non-financial for the organization
• Implementation of the Erp System
