Job summary
The Financial Manager will oversee all financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, risk management, and accounting. They will provide strategic insights, drive financial performance, ensure compliance, and work with executive leadership to align financial strategies with business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional Certification, such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA, FMVA preferred.
- MBA is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop comprehensive annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and fixed assets management, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, banking relationships, and liquidity to ensure financial stability and optimize working capital.
- Drive continuous improvement of financial operations, systems, policies, and processes, ensuring alignment with best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate reconciliation and reporting.
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting to senior management and shareholders.
