Looking for an experienced Senior Engineer based in Dubai specializing in ELV, Information Technology (IT), AV, and Surveillance Systems. The ideal candidate will have at least 9 years of professional experience with leading engineering consulting firms focused on residential, hospitality, and commercial development projects. Additional experience working directly with property developers in the UAE real estate sector is highly desirable.

• Lead consultancy and technical reviews for ELV-related systems including:
o Information Technology (IT) Systems — including Switching, Wireless Networks, High-Speed Internet Access (HSIA), IP Telephony
o Security Systems
o Audio Visual (AV)
o Background Music (BGM)
o Access Control Systems
