Job Description

• Perform periodic maintenance of refrigeration and air conditioning systems to ensure their efficient operation and prevent any sudden breakdowns.
• Train and supervise technicians and users on how to operate and maintain refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
• Conduct air conditioning system inspections.
• Identify tools and equipment and diagnose faults.
• Direct and Supervise: Oversees the system maintenance process and directs technical teams to ensure proper implementation according to specifications.
• Prepares periodic reports on the condition of air conditioners and maintenance completed, and submits them to the relevant authorities.
• Implements periodic and preventive maintenance schedules aimed at maintaining efficiency.
• Teamwork and provides technical support during special events or peak occupancy periods.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in HVAC system maintenance, particularly in hotels or premium tourist restaurants is a Must. 
• Previous experience with all types of air handling units is a Must.
• Knowledge of refrigeration cycles, chillers, and split air conditioning systems is a Must.
• Certification in handling refrigerants (F-Gas, EPA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
