- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Advanced presentation and public speaking skills
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and various communication tools
- In-depth knowledge of the transportation and logistics industry
- Understanding of delivery partner management and operations
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
