Job Title: Sales Manager Pharma

Brenntag KSA is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead our Pharma Business.

• Develop a quality and price-oriented strategy focused on new pharmaceutical chemicals additive business and API.
• Assist in strategy creation and implementation at existing accounts and distributors through effective relationships and prospecting new business possibilities.
• Develop market know-how and strategies for adding new suppliers in assigned industry.
• Introduce new products with an effective launch strategy, product literature development, inventory support, product testing, and strategic marketing strategies.
• Develop market know-how and strategies for assigned industry.
• Contribute to business and supplier product development projects.
• Optimize margins by reviewing and guiding pricing.
• Analyze existing and new customer groups and sales opportunities.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry from reputable universities.
• 3-6 years of trackable experience in pharmaceutical chemicals/specialty chemicals sales and business development.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent communication and process management skills.
• Leverage understanding of business, operating, and financial environments and customer needs.
• Ability to deliver results during uncertainty.
