Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Sales Planning & Performance expert to work for our company in Saudi Arabia. The Sales Planning & Performance Expert will lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of sales planning strategies and performance management processes. The role ensures alignment between sales objectives and overall business goals, while driving efficiency, productivity, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop annual and quarterly sales plans, forecasts, and targets in alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to management.
- Design and implement sales performance measurement frameworks, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure achievement of revenue and profitability goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support sales planning and strategy development.
- Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions to improve sales effectiveness.
- Coordinate with finance and operations teams to ensure accurate forecasting and resource allocation.
- Support the design and implementation of incentive schemes and commission structures.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports and present findings to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the sales organization.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in sales planning, performance management, or business analysis (preferably in Telecom, FMCG, or related industries).
- Strong knowledge of sales operations, forecasting techniques, and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, CRM systems, and MS Office (especially Excel and Power BI).
