Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing a Balanced Scorecard (BSC) framework to translate strategic goals into actionable, measurable objectives
• Conducting business and financial analysis to inform strategic decisions
• Monitoring cross-functional workstreams, identifying misalignments, and coordinating corrective actions
• Supporting the development and execution of initiatives to improve operational efficiency and business performance
• Preparing executive-level reports and presentations, effectively communicating key insights to senior leadership

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm
• Proven expertise in business performance management and strategic execution
• Hands-on experience in Balanced Scorecard development and implementation
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management abilities
