Job summary

Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing a Balanced Scorecard (BSC) framework to translate strategic goals into actionable, measurable objectives
- Conducting business and financial analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Monitoring cross-functional workstreams, identifying misalignments, and coordinating corrective actions
- Supporting the development and execution of initiatives to improve operational efficiency and business performance
- Preparing executive-level reports and presentations, effectively communicating key insights to senior leadership
Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm
- Proven expertise in business performance management and strategic execution
- Hands-on experience in Balanced Scorecard development and implementation
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management abilities
- Superior communication and executive storytelling skills
