The Emirates Investment Authority is seeking a highly skilled IT Applications Business Analyst to join our dynamic IT team in Abu Dhabi. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business needs and IT capabilities, ensuring our applications drive efficiency and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMP) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs.
• Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Identify areas for improvement in business processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement application solutions.
• Ensure solutions align with organizational goals and IT architecture.
• Assist in testing, deployment, and system enhancements.
• Monitor IT application performance and recommend enhancements.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices.

Skills

• Proficiency in IT applications, databases, and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
