Job Description

• Lead and manage all architectural aspects of hotel development projects from concept to completion.
• Review and approve architectural designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with standards and project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality hotel projects on time and within budget.
• Ensure designs align with brand identity, operational efficiency, and guest experience standards.
• Oversee site supervision and ensure adherence to construction and design quality.
• Manage design changes, value engineering, and resolve architectural issues during construction.

 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 15 - 20 years of experience, with at least 5 years in hotel/resort projects.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality standards, luxury hotel design, and international codes.
• Proven leadership, project management, and team coordination skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and design management tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
