I. Core Position Requirements

​1. Education and Major

• Generally requires a bachelor's or college degree in a science or engineering field such as electrical engineering, automation, or mechatronics ( )

• Some companies prefer a registered electrical engineer qualification ( )

2. Work Experience

• More than 5 years of experience in industrial electrical engineering, with experience in new energy, power plants, or construction projects preferred ( )

• Must have the technical ability to tackle complex projects, such as large-scale projects like commercial complexes and airports ( )

Skills

3. Professional Skills

• Mastery of high and low voltage electrical system design and safety regulations, and familiarity with cable laying and component selection ( )

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and EPLAN drafting, and Siemens PLC programming (e.g., 300/1200/1500 series) ( )

• Ability to calculate power generation and compile bills of quantities (in the new energy sector) ( )

4. Industry Certifications

• Candidates holding an electrician's license (low voltage/high voltage) or a registered electrical engineer qualification are preferred ( )

II. Language and Intercultural Skills

​1. English Requirements • Must have reached CET4 or above, and be able to write technical documents and communicate daily ( )

• Some companies require fluency in English to coordinate multinational teams ( )

2. Adaptability

• Acceptance of long-term overseas assignments (Saudi Arabia), requiring adaptation to high-temperature environments and high-intensity work ( )
