Job Description

  • Administer day-to-day HR operations, including employee records management, attendance tracking, and leave administration for the Tanta branch.
  • Support the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with company standards and Egyptian labor laws.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues.
  • Coordinate and support employee training, development programs, and performance appraisal processes.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR databases and personnel files.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required by management.
  • Facilitate communication between employees and management to foster a positive work environment.
  • Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance and leave data.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within a large or fast-paced organization.
  • Familiarity with Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
