Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, revenue, and profitability across multiple food and beverage outlets.
• Team Leadership: Manage a team of restaurant managers, chefs, and service staff. Inspire and motivate them to deliver outstanding service.
• Quality Control: Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and taste of food and beverages.
• Financial Management: Monitor budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.
• Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations, food handling guidelines, and company policies.
• Guest Relations: Foster positive relationships with guests, addressing feedback and resolving issues promptly.

Skills

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in food and beverage management, including multi-unit oversight.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry trends, menu development, and operational best practices.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
