Position Title:            Country Manager - Bahrain

Employment Type:    Full Time

Salary:                       up to 3,000 BHD depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:

A proud Fashion company based in Bahrain, known for its growing international elegant portfolio in women’s fashion.

Job Description:

• Develop and implement country-level strategies in line with the company’s global goals.
• Identify and seize growth opportunities in the UAE retail market (including store expansion, partnerships, and e-commerce).
• Oversee local marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and CRM strategies tailored to the UAE market.
• Develop and manage the UAE P&L, budget planning, and cost controls.

Skills

Qualifications:

• Open to Arabic Speakers, Male, 45 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Retail Management, or related field (MBA preferred), with a minimum of 10 years’ retail management experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role within the GCC.
• Proven track record in driving growth, profitability, and team performance, with strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
