**Job Summary**

The Technical Services lead oversees the effective delivery and maintenance of systems, applications, and hardware. This role leads technical teams to align with organizational needs and service level expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and effective delivery of technical support functions
• Lead technical teams to meet organizational objectives
• Supervise and evaluate performance of team members

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in managing technical support or IT services within government environments
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Specialized training in Microsoft Office Programs
