We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Executive to join our team at Polaris Mining LLC. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in export logistics and will be responsible for managing end-to-end export operations, coordinating with shipping lines, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely shipments. This is a critical role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with shipping lines to obtain competitive freight offers and shipment updates.
• Follow up with trucking companies for container movements and timely transportation.
• Coordinate and follow up with customs clearance agents to ensure smooth export clearance.
• Supervise and follow up on material stuffing/loading operations.
• Arrange, review, and manage all documents required for customs clearance and shipping lines.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and ensure compliance with export regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align logistics schedules with sales and client requirements.
• Meet with logistics vendors both in-office and at their offices/sites for negotiations and coordination.
• Handle day-to-day logistics activities and resolve any operational challenges.
• Provide management with regular updates on shipment status, vendor performance, and logistics costs.
