Roles & Responsibilities
• Promote and sell off-plan and ready properties in Dubai
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Arrange property viewings and follow up with leads
• Stay updated on market trends and new project launches
• Work towards monthly sales targets
Desired Candidate Profile
• Previous experience in real estate sales in Dubai is an advantage (but not a must)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English; knowledge of another language (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, French, etc.) is a plus
• Self-motivated, with a positive and professional attitude
• Presentable and well-spoken
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Familiarity with Dubai real estate procedures (RERA, DLD) is a plus
• Understanding of off-plan payment plans and property handovers is an advantage
• Having a valid UAE driving license and own car
• Social media skills for promoting properties
