Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor site and operational activities for compliance with company and client procedures as well as regulatory requirements.
- Issue work permits after inspection of work sites and assess adequacy of risk controls.
- Arrange HSE precautions in the workshop and sites.
- Monitor HSE aspects of ongoing tasks.
- Supervise, deploy, and track fire watches and direct reports.
- Oversee HSE compliance at worksites and projects.
- Prepare incident reports and conduct investigations.
- Provide initial emergency response support (first aid, firefighting, etc.).
- Inspect and maintain emergency equipment and keep accurate records.
- Inspect and maintain safety equipment and ensure documentation of the same.
- Monitor worksite hygiene conditions.
- Conduct HSE inspections, audits, and walkthroughs.
- Lead HSE training sessions and inductions.
- Conduct HSE meetings, toolbox talks, and safety stand-down meetings.
- Prepare HSE reporting and documentation.
- Perform departmental administrative duties.
