Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant, based in Cairo. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for planning and coordinating travel arrangements, providing excellent customer service, managing reservations, and offering expert travel advice. Day-to-day tasks include understanding client needs, booking flights, hotels, and other travel-related services, and ensuring a hassle-free travel experience for clients.

Qualifications

• Skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
• Experience with Travel Arrangements and Reservations
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in travel booking systems and software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred
