Job Description:

We are looking for innovative , experienced solution Architect that will be responsible for designing robust scalable, and innovative solutions that align with the organization's business and technology strategy. This role requires close collaboration with key stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, and development teams, to ensure technical solutions effectively meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

•Design and deliver end-to-end architectural solutions that fulfill business and technical requirements.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical strategies follow the foreseen architecture roadmaps.

•Provide leadership and guidance throughout the solution development lifecycle.

•Ensure the architectural standards, policies, and governance frameworks to drive consistency across the organization

•Proactively identify technical risks and devise mitigation strategies.

•Assess and recommend new technologies and solutions to address the challenges and opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

•Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related field

• 9+ years of IT experience with at least 2 years in equivalent role, preferable in Fintech industry

• Proficient of Microservices architecture and integration frameworks, API Gateway, event-driven architecture, and messaging systems.

•Proficient in design Principles: Scalability, fault tolerance, high availability, and performance optimization

•Proficient in microservices architecture and cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).

•Strong knowledge in the following technologies (Java, ).

•TOGAF enterprise architecture certificate or equivalent certificate is a plus

•Deep understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile teams.

•Knowledge of security best practices, data protection, and compliance frameworks.

•Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevSecOps practices.

•Excellent communication and leadership skills

•Proven ability in delivering long-term solution and architecture

•Proven experience in managing vendors
