We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior BIM Architectural Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will lead the implementation of BIM processes in architectural projects, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with international standards. This role requires advanced technical expertise, strong coordination skills, and the ability to mentor junior team members while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and management of BIM models for complex architectural projects.

Ensure compliance with BIM standards, protocols, and company workflows.

Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure model integration and clash-free designs.

Produce and review detailed construction drawings, schedules, and shop drawings directly from BIM models.

Manage BIM documentation, including LOD requirements, naming conventions, and model deliverables.

Support project managers and architects in design development through BIM tools.

Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues in collaboration with consultants and contractors.

Train and support junior architects/engineers in BIM processes and Revit best practices.

Stay updated with industry trends, BIM technologies, and digital construction innovations.
