Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled ArcGIS Developer to design, develop, and maintain GIS applications, tools, and services that support our organization’s geospatial data needs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Esri ArcGIS platform (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS API for JavaScript, Python, and/or .NET) and experience integrating GIS solutions with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom GIS applications, web maps, and geoprocessing tools using ArcGIS technologies.
• Integrate ArcGIS solutions with enterprise databases, APIs, and third-party applications.
• Develop scripts and automation workflows (Python, ModelBuilder, etc.) to improve geospatial processes.
• Configure and administer ArcGIS Enterprise/Server, ArcGIS Portal, and ArcGIS Online environments.
• Work with spatial databases (SQL Server, Oracle Spatial) to manage and query GIS data.
• Collaborate with analysts, data engineers, and business users to translate requirements into GIS solutions.
• Optimize GIS applications for performance, scalability, and usability.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support for deployed GIS applications.
• Stay updated with the latest Esri technologies, tools, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, GIS, Geography, Geomatics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience +2 years as an ArcGIS Developer or GIS Software Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of the Esri ArcGIS technology stack (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online).
• Hands-on development experience with ArcGIS API for JavaScript, ArcGIS Runtime SDKs, Python (ArcPy), and/or .NET (C#).
• Experience working with spatial databases (SQL Server, Oracle).
• Proficiency in web technologies: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs.
• Understanding of geospatial concepts, projections, and data formats (shapefiles, GeoJSON, KML, raster, vector, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
