Job Description

• Set detailed guidelines on inspection requirements and quality standards.
• Update and maintain our Quality Management System (QMS) with incidents, fixes, and improvements
• Conduct internal audits according to ISO 9001:2015 / ISO/IEC 17025:2017 / ISO 14001:2015 / ISO 45001:2018
• Define quality metrics and monitor manufacturing procedures
• Oversee the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to detect malfunctions early
• Inspect product materials and electrical systems for defects and durability
• Analyze technical issues and propose corrective actions
• Prepare reports detailing malfunctions and solutions
• Review engineering blueprints and quality documentation
• Set and track quality assurance goals and KPIs
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure legal and standards compliance
• Collaborate with internal teams to boost customer satisfaction through quality improvements.
• Prepare ISO documentation for new standards
• Ensure measuring devices are properly calibrated
• Prepare and update product certifications (CE, CB, UL, etc.).
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production Engineering or Relevant qualification
• 1–3 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role in a home appliances or -white goods manufacturing environment — preferably in refrigerator production
• Solid understanding of ISO 9001 quality systems and basic reliability principles
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
