Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead ERPNext module configuration for Finance, Sales, Purchase, and Inventory.
- Conduct thorough end-user training, develop user-friendly documentation, and produce training videos.
- Provide functional support and troubleshooting for business users during and after go-live.
- Assist with data migration, UAT coordination, and validation activities.
- Ensure high user adoption and process compliance by delivering change management guidance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- ERPNext Expertise: 5+ full-cycle implementations as a functional consultant.
- Professional Experience: 3+ years in ERPNext implementation, migrations, and end-user support.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree.
- Certifications: ERPNext certification.
- Support Skills: Provide functional support and troubleshooting for business users.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of accounting and finance processes.
- Data Proficiency: Experience with data cleansing, migration tools, and UAT support.
