Roles & Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Monitor day-to-day O&M activities to ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and contractual requirements.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001).
- Review and verify that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Method Statements, and Work Instructions are followed.
- Assist in ensuring water quality monitoring, testing, and reporting are carried out in line with regulatory requirements.
Auditing & Documentation
- Conduct internal quality audits and prepare reports with findings, recommendations, and follow-up actions.
- Maintain and update quality records, documentation, and compliance registers.
- Support external audits by certification bodies, clients, and regulators.
- Track non-conformances, corrective actions (CARs), and preventive actions (PARs).
Continuous Improvement
- Participate in root cause analysis for quality-related issues and recommend improvements.
- Identify opportunities to enhance plant performance, reliability, and quality control processes.
- Provide input for updating and improving QA manuals, procedures, and systems.
Coordination & Training
- Work closely with operations, maintenance, and laboratory teams to ensure alignment with QA requirements.
- Provide training and awareness sessions on quality standards, documentation, and compliance.
- Support the QHSE Manager in promoting a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
