Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our daily business activities. This role is responsible for developing operational systems, managing teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement in all areas of the organization. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver, a strong communicator, and a leader who fosters a high-performance culture.

Strategy & Policy Implementation:


Develop, implement, and refine operational policies, procedures, and best practices.


Align operations with company goals to support growth and scalability.


Daily Operations & Team Management:


Oversee daily business functions and team productivity across departments.


Assign responsibilities, monitor workflow, and ensure operational efficiency.


Performance Monitoring:


Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs).


Identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas of improvement to ensure optimal performance.


Budgeting & Cost Control:


Prepare budgets, forecast expenses, and monitor costs to ensure financial efficiency.


Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or service.


Compliance & Risk Management:


Ensure operations adhere to internal policies, health and safety standards, and legal regulations.


Monitor and mitigate risks through proactive planning and audits.


Supplier & Vendor Coordination:


Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.


Negotiate contracts and ensure service level expectations are met.


Business Travel Management:


Streamline processes related to domestic and international business travel, including approvals, bookings, and cost optimization.


Performance Management & Culture Building:


Conduct employee performance reviews and provide regular feedback and mentorship.


Foster a strong, collaborative, and accountable company culture.


Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement:


Quickly identify operational challenges and implement sustainable solutions.


Champion continuous improvement initiatives across all areas of the business.
