Requirements

• Proven experience as a Florist or floral designer.
• Strong creativity and an eye for color, design, and detail.
• Knowledge of flower varieties, plant care, and floral arrangement techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak seasons.
• Basic sales and inventory management skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and special event hours.
