Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a segment of the Graphic Design team, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery.
- Translate creative briefs into strong design directions and visual concepts.
- Collaborate with other Art Directors to maintain consistency and alignment across all projects.
- Review, refine, and approve work from designers under your supervision.
- Provide hands-on design execution for key projects when required.
- Work closely with motion, 3D, and copywriting leads to ensure integrated campaign execution.
- Keep updated on design trends, tools, and techniques, sharing insights with the team.
- Mentor and support junior and mid-level designers, fostering growth and skill development.
- 4–6 years of experience in graphic design, with demonstrated leadership of projects or small teams.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns, and visual storytelling.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite; Figma or other collaborative tools a plus.
- Strong collaboration skills, comfortable working alongside other Art Directors and cross-department leads.
- Ability to balance hands-on design work with team supervision.
- Detail-oriented, with a commitment to design excellence.
