Successful candidate will be working with a US based Real estate company on US customer base (Nationwide) in the capacity of Lead generation Specialist. This role is but not limited to – contacting individuals who have not previously expressed interest in selling their property, filter volume of potential homeowners and collate motivated seller leads data to the Acquisition & Disposition departments for closing.
Working Hours:
This is a remote position (WFH) with day shift in alignment with the US East coast time zone (EST).
Main duties & responsibilities:
- Meet volume of cold calls per shift as per the set KPIs.
- Meet the quality standards set as per the SOP.
- Meet the targeted KPIs as set by the direct manager.
- Meet the expectation on detailed reporting per Lead to the Acquisition Department through identified channels in a timely manner.
Basic qualifications:
- Fluent in English (Writing & Speaking)
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Target oriented and positive attitude
- Prospecting & objection handling skills
- Ability to establish a rapport with clients.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft office
Job requirements:
Successful candidates need to have own equipment – Personal computer or Laptop (No tablet or phone) – with high-speed internet access and Headset to enable efficient virtual reporting. Other tools (system software and communication platforms) will be provided upon recruitment.
Package:
Basic salary of LE 12,500 per Month
Incentives: LE 500 DAILY incentive for top achiever.
