Job Description
- Organizing work and its policies within the office.
- Distributing tasks to employees of various departments and sections in accordance with the manager's orders.
- Scheduling appointments for interviews and meetings with the manager according to his or her agenda.
- Organizing and organizing various files and documents that underpin the department's work.
- Receiving written letters, phone calls, faxes, and emails, and presenting them to the manager at specified times and responding to them.
- Attending meetings to present the agenda, record notes, and report the meeting's findings to the manager in a timely manner.
- Communicating with various departments and ensuring that administrative decisions are implemented as agreed upon.
- Submitting periodic reports to the manager on follow-up work and employees, especially new employees, ensuring their work is proceeding properly and their effectiveness in performing their duties.
