Roles & Responsibilities
- Guide clients through the entire business setup process in Saudi Arabia, from initial concept to operational launch.
- Manage the licensing and registration process, ensuring compliance with Saudi government requirements (e.g., Ministry of Commerce).
- Advise on optimal business structures (e.g., LLC, branch, representative office) considering local regulations and tax implications.
- Assist in securing necessary permits, visas, and approvals required for business operations.
- Provide strategic guidance on navigating local labor laws, including Saudization requirements.
- Offer expertise on selecting suitable office spaces and identifying potential partners or investors.
- Stay updated on evolving Saudi Arabian regulations and provide proactive advice to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials and industry contacts.
