Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards on-site.
- Monitor and supervise drilling operations, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Liaise with QatarEnergy HSE team as required.
- Provide guidance and training to workers regarding HSE policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering or related field (preferred).
- NEBOSH Certificate/Diploma (mandatory).
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in Onshore/Offshore Drilling (at least 3–5 years as a Rig HSE Officer).
- Adequate exposure to H2S Environment.
- Prior experience in the GCC region is an advantage.
