About the Role
We are looking for a B2B Lead Generation Specialist with strong expertise in Odoo ERP solutions and a proven record of driving business opportunities in the Gulf region. This is a client-facing role where you will be responsible for identifying prospects, nurturing leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients in the Gulf market (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, etc.) who could benefit from Odoo ERP solutions.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, and CRM tools.
- Build and maintain a strong database of prospective clients.
- Nurture leads throughout the sales funnel in close collaboration with the Sales & Business Development team.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations between Odoo consultants and prospects.
- Prepare regular reports on pipeline development and conversion metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and the ERP market landscape in the Gulf.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of B2B lead generation or inside sales experience, preferably in software/ERP (Odoo background is a plus).
- Proven track record working with clients in the Gulf (KSA, UAE, Qatar, etc.).
- Strong LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, and email campaign skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (spoken & written).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven with the ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Odoo ERP modules and business applications.
- Familiarity with B2B lead nurturing strategies and digital marketing funnels.
- Prior experience working in B2B SaaS or IT services companies is a strong plus.
