Roles & Responsibilities
- Convert creative design files (PSD, PDF, InDesign, JPG) into coded, responsive emails and push graphics.
- Build, test, and deliver email campaigns using HTML/CSS while following email marketing best practices.
- Create and maintain reusable HTML email templates and newsletters for both internal and external communications.
- Conduct cross-client testing to ensure compatibility across Outlook, Gmail, Hotmail, and various browsers.
- Ensure all emails are mobile responsive and optimized for deliverability.
- Troubleshoot HTML/CSS and rendering issues to ensure error-free email campaigns.
- Perform QA and A/B testing using tools like Litmus or Email on Acid.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize email campaigns for higher open rates and click-through rates.
- Maintain proper filing and naming conventions for all creative assets to improve team collaboration.
- Provide recommendations to enhance campaign performance through testing, optimization, and best practices.
