Job Description

-Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve sales targets in assigned regions.
-Identify, establish, and manage relationships with distributors, hospitals, and healthcare institutions in targeted countries.
-Frequently travel to targeted countries for presenting Trust Medi solutions and attend sales meeting.
-Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals tailored to client requirements.
-Conduct market research to identify potential customers, competitors, and trends in target markets.
-Provide product presentations, demonstrations, and technical support to clients and partners.
-Negotiate sales contracts, payment terms, and delivery conditions in compliance with company policies.
-Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance) to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
-Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business trips to represent the company.
-Regularly report on sales pipeline, market feedback, and performance against KPIs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Biomedical, Mechanical, or related field preferred) or Business with technical aptitude.
  • Minimum 3–6 years of proven experience in export sales of medical equipment or medical furniture or similar products
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Technical understanding of medical furniture (e.g., hospital beds, trolleys, patient chairs) and willingness to learn product details.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
