We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Telesales Executive to join our team in Cairo. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cold calling and telesales, preferably in the housing or hotel reservation sector. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional B2B phone manner, and the ability to consistently achieve sales targets. Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound telesales calls to prospective and existing clients, focusing on B2B opportunities.
  • Handle cold calls professionally, presenting services clearly and persuasively.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
  • Promote and upsell housing and hotel reservation services (preferred industry experience).
  • Understand customer needs, recommend suitable solutions, and close deals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.


Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of telesales experience (housing or hotel reservation background preferred).

Proven experience in cold calling and B2B client handling.

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a target-driven mindset.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

English proficiency: B2+ level (spoken and written).

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.

Must be able to work on-site in Sheraton El Matar – Cairo.
