Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Should generate new opportunities by visiting various new Properties / buildings.
- Should have experience in estimation & preparation of quotes for Facilities Management & Maintenance contracts site service works.
- Should have experience in HVAC retrofit project sales estimation & execution.
- Should be a team player and at the same time should work independently to achieve his target.
- Prepare presentations to various Clients to develop desired FM business and attend meetings with Clients for negotiations and finalizing tenders/contracts.
- Maintain highest level of Client satisfaction index by continuously meeting commitments and targets.
- Should be familiar and expert in various MS Office products & must possess good English communication & interpersonal skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
- BE Mechanical Graduate Engineer with 7+ years’ experience in AMC Sales, Facilities Management Contract Sales, HVAC Retrofit Project Sales & Value-Added Sales for large buildings, commercial properties, Integrated facilities buildings.
- Must possess design & selection skills, e.g. Equipment selection, HAP, Ducting Calculation, Piping Calculation etc.
- Age should be above 30 years & Married candidates will be given preference.
- Should possess hands-on experience in the effective management of field Sales activity.
- Should be able to give Presentations to clients, Property Owner, Consultants on Various types of Maintenance Contracts including Integrated Facilities Management Contracts, Specialist Service Contracts etc; ensuring compliance with industry standards.
