Job Description

• Actively engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
• Present and promote a diverse portfolio of properties across Egypt and the Middle East.
• Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing the deal.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current property listings, market trends, and competitive offerings.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, developers, and internal teams.
• Conduct property tours and provide detailed information on features, pricing, and benefits.
• Negotiate terms and conditions to achieve mutually beneficial agreements for clients and developers.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client requirements.
• Ensure all client documentation and transactions comply with company policies and legal standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share insights, best practices, and support overall team success.
