Lead and manage the electrical design team for railway projects.

Develop strategies and plans for electrical system design (Power, Traction, Signaling Interfaces).

Review and approve electrical drawings and schematics to ensure compliance with international standards (IEC, EN, Railway Standards).

Coordinate with other design disciplines (Mechanical, Signaling, Civil) to ensure full design integration.

Supervise the preparation of technical specifications and engineering reports.

Manage engineering resources and ensure on-time and high-quality design deliverables.

Communicate with clients and consultants to resolve technical issues and provide solutions.

Train and develop design engineers to maintain high technical competency.
