A leading Libyan construction company seeks an experienced HR Manager to join our leadership team and oversee all human resources functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the HR department
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Oversee recruitment, talent management, and succession planning
• Ensure compliance with Libyan labor laws and company policies
• Manage employee relations, performance, and disciplinary actions
• Direct compensation, benefits, and payroll administration
• Implement training and leadership development programs

Requirements:

• 8+ years HR experience with 3+ years in managerial role (construction industry preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business (Master's preferred)
• Fluent in English & Arabic (written & spoken)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven experience in organizational development
• HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent)
