A leading Libyan construction company seeks an experienced HR Manager to join our leadership team and oversee all human resources functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the HR department
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Oversee recruitment, talent management, and succession planning
- Ensure compliance with Libyan labor laws and company policies
- Manage employee relations, performance, and disciplinary actions
- Direct compensation, benefits, and payroll administration
- Implement training and leadership development programs
Requirements:
- 8+ years HR experience with 3+ years in managerial role (construction industry preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in HR/Business (Master's preferred)
- Fluent in English & Arabic (written & spoken)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven experience in organizational development
- HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent)
